Can Google Ads really find new clients for your business?

Whenever I speak to recruiters and tell them that we have clients that are finding new business with Google Ads, I’m usually met with skepticism.

“Does anybody even click on those ads?”

“People don’t find recruiters on Google.”

“Nobody is going to hire a recruiter after just looking at my website.”

And look, I get it.

If you are someone that has spent your career grinding the phones and networking like crazy to build a client base, you are obviously going to find it hard to believe that a little ad at the top of a Google search can find you new clients.

But I can assure you, that if you do it right (and that is a big if), you will get real results for your ad money.

Still don’t trust me?

Here is a screenshot of an actual campaign that a recruiter working with Talent Hero is running right now.

As you can see, the best performing ads get clicked over 10% of the time they are shown.

And when people click on these ads, they also tend to book calls to speak with the recruiting company.

In just four and a half months, this recruiter has found ninety-one leads, leading to thousands of dollars of revenue and placement fees.

So, what do you have to do to get these results?

In truth, it’s a pretty complicated process.

But if I could boil it down to just three things, I’d say that you need to identify the keywords that people are using to find your business, craft amazing ad Copy to get them to click on your ad and create a compelling landing page that sells your business in a minute or less.
